Your enrolment journey at Bright Sprouts
At Bright Sprouts Early Learning, we've streamlined our enrolment process into a few clear steps to make it as straightforward as possible for you. Your journey begins with securing your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) claim. It's important for families to first lodge a CCS claim with Services Australia, as this government support can significantly assist with your childcare fees. Once your CCS claim is underway, the next step involves an agreement on care arrangements. This is where we work together to understand your needs and discuss the best placement options for your child at our centre.
Finalising your child's place
After we've agreed on the perfect care arrangements for your child, Bright Sprouts Early Learning will then submit an enrolment notice on your behalf. This formalises the agreed-upon details for their care at our Tweed Heads centre. The final, crucial step is for your family to confirm the enrolment through your MyGov account. This confirms your child's place at Bright Sprouts and activates your CCS. We'll guide you through each part, ensuring you feel confident and informed at every stage of securing your child's spot.
Preparing for a smooth and happy start
To make your enrolment super easy, please have a few things ready. You'll need to complete our enrolment form and provide key documents such as your child’s birth certificate, up-to-date immunisation records, and proof of address. We'll also invite you to an enrolment meeting to get to know each other better, and an orientation session to introduce your child to their new environment. Once enrolment is complete, you can bring your child along for a play date to get them acquainted with the centre and our friendly staff. Or, simply bring them along on their first day – we're experts at making children feel safe, welcome, and ready for a day of fun and learning at Bright Sprouts!
